Start with the edition you want: a bag accessory, a plush collectible and a larger display figure are different purchases. Record the product name, size and selected option before comparing prices. A familiar character name or product photo does not verify the seller.

Check the seller as well as the item

Prefer a store you can verify through Pop Mart’s own channels or an authorised retailer. Check the shop’s identity rather than relying on a search-result title or a logo in a product image. If you cannot establish the seller’s status, ask for help before placing an order.

Know what the listing includes

• Edition and size: compare the full product name and dimensions with your intended display or gift.
• Single item or set: confirm the quantity and whether a character is selected or random.
• Condition: distinguish a new sealed box from an opened collectible, resale item or display sample.
• Timing: check ready-stock versus pre-order terms, dispatch expectations and cancellation conditions.

QC photos have a specific role

Request photos of the box, seals, visible product details and any damage. Photos help document what arrived at the warehouse; they are not an authenticity certificate. If the item is a sealed gift, agree on what can be photographed without opening it. Use the brand’s own verification process where one applies.

Budget for packing and shipping

Large display figures and plush boxes can take up more space than their weight suggests. Ask for the packed dimensions and delivery options before choosing a large item. Keep the retail box if it matters to you and discuss protective outer packaging with support.
