How to read these prices

A Taobao agent charges you twice: once for the items, and once — after everything has arrived, been photographed and packed into one box — for international shipping. That second number is what this page estimates. It depends on three things you control and one you don’t: the destination, the route you pick, the parcel’s chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight), and whatever promotion is running that week. Check your volumetric weight before you decide

Carriers charge whichever is higher: what the parcel weighs, or what it “should” weigh for the space it takes. The formula is length × width × height (cm) ÷ divisor. What actually lowers the bill

• Consolidate. The gap between your two payments is free storage — 100 days at Fishgoo. Five sellers’ parcels shipped as one box cost one international postage, not five.
• Match the route to the goods. Apparel, shoes/bags, cosmetics and battery items each have dedicated lines that are often cheaper than the general route for that category — you’ll see them named that way in the tables.
• Mind the weight breaks. Many economy lines are priced per 100 g or 500 g step; a parcel just over a step pays the full next step. If you’re at 2.05 kg, removing one item’s box can drop you a tier.
• Don’t chase the lowest number alone. The cheapest line is sometimes a postal or sea route with thin tracking. If the parcel matters, the “Balanced” pick usually costs a few dollars more and is trackable end to end.

Why is the price I pay later different from this estimate?

Three reasons. First, these are the calculator's displayed prices on the capture date; routes and promotions change. Second, international shipping is charged on the finished parcel: after your items arrive at the warehouse and are packed, the agent weighs and measures the box, and the chargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric weight — a puffy jacket can bill at 3 kg while weighing 1 kg. Third, none of these prices include duties or VAT that your own customs may charge on arrival.

What is volumetric weight and which divisor does Fishgoo use?

Volumetric weight = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ a divisor. Most Fishgoo routes use 8000; some use 6000 or 7000, and a handful of postal routes use 5000 or bill on actual weight only. Because we could not stand behind them yet. Our own delivery data for US routes is uneven — some fast lines have weak tracking coverage, and sea routes vary widely — so rather than print a range we cannot promise, this page shows prices only for the US and asks you to treat the calculator's transit estimate as indicative. Prices are exact as displayed.
