If you already have a Hoobuy order
The next useful step depends on where the order was when you last checked. A new shopping agent cannot tell you what is happening inside another company’s account system.
- Paid, but not purchased: keep the order number, payment receipt and the last visible status. Ask the existing provider to confirm whether purchasing has started before placing a duplicate order elsewhere.

- Find the original marketplace URL in your saved sheet, order record or seller message.
- Open the listing and confirm it is still the same item and variant. If you only have a Hoobuy-specific link, ask the person who shared it for the original URL.
- Compare the item cost, domestic delivery, payment charges and a shipping estimate for your destination.
- Only place a new order once you understand what will happen to any existing order for that item.
