1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fishgoo (blog.fishgoo.com and www.fishgoo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fishgoo is a China shopping agent (proxy purchasing service) that helps international buyers purchase products from Chinese e-commerce platforms including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, and Weidian. Our services include:

• Product purchasing on behalf of the customer
• Quality inspection and photography
• Warehouse storage and order consolidation
• International shipping arrangement

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Purchasing

4.1 Order Placement

When you submit a product link or search request, Fishgoo acts as your purchasing agent. We purchase products from Chinese sellers on your behalf. Prices shown on Chinese platforms may change without notice.

4.2 Fees

Fishgoo does not charge a purchasing service fee. You pay the product price, domestic shipping from the seller to our warehouse, and international shipping for your parcel. Optional value-added services are charged separately; see our Help Center for prices.

4.3 Payment

All payments must be made in advance. We accept PayPal, credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our platform. Prices are quoted in USD or CNY as specified.

4.4 Product Accuracy

As a purchasing agent, we buy products exactly as listed by the original seller. We are not the manufacturer or original seller and cannot guarantee product specifications beyond what is listed. Quality inspection photos are provided to help you verify items before international shipping.

5. Shipping

5.1 Domestic Shipping (within China)

After purchase, items are shipped from the seller to our warehouse in China. Domestic shipping fees may apply and are charged to your account.

5.2 International Shipping

You may choose from multiple international shipping routes based on price, speed, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

5.3 Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in Fishgoo’s shipping fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

7. Prohibited Items

Fishgoo does not assist in purchasing:

• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products intended for commercial resale
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Drugs, controlled substances, or pharmaceutical products
• Items prohibited by Chinese export laws or your country’s import laws
• Living animals or plants
• Pornographic or obscene materials
• Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Warehouse Storage

Items are stored free of charge for up to 100 days after arriving at our warehouse. You can extend storage for a fee before the free period ends. Items with no shipping request or storage extension by the end of the storage period are considered abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fishgoo acts as a purchasing agent and intermediary. We are not liable for:

• Product quality issues from the original seller (though we provide QC inspection)
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
• Customs seizures or import restrictions in the destination country
• Loss or damage during international transit (shipping insurance is available)
• Price changes on Chinese platforms after order placement

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fishgoo and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
