Fishgoo is a China shopping agent. You send us a link from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or Xianyu — we buy the item, receive it at our warehouse in China, check it, and ship it to your door. You don’t need a Chinese address, a Chinese payment method, or any Chinese.
We serve buyers in 200+ countries and regions, in eight languages, on one principle: you should be able to see what you are getting, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
What we do for you
- We buy it. Any major Chinese platform, on your behalf — including talking to the seller when something needs sorting out. No purchasing service fee.
- We check it. Every item is inspected and photographed after it reaches our warehouse, so you see the real thing before it ships. Five photos per item, free.
- We hold it. Items wait free of charge while you keep shopping, then go home together in one parcel instead of five.
- We ship it. You pick the route from 2,000+ options and see the price before you pay, with tracking the whole way.
- We answer. A real support team, in your language, on email, WhatsApp and Discord.
